Cincinnati Eastside Rotarian and and Senior Development Officer for HealthSource of Ohio, Chelsie Hornsby, was the feature presenter at a recent virtual luncheon meeting of the Cincinnati Eastside Rotary.
HealthSource of Ohio – the largest community health center in the state – is a not-for-profit community health center that provides quality, patient-centered primary and preventative care. Its services include Family Practice, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, Dental, Behavioral Health, Vision, and Pharmacy services. HealthSource accepts both insured and uninsured patients. HealthSource also supports three school-based health centers at West Clermont, Williamsburg and Western Brown schools.
