The Cincinnati-Eastside Rotary Club introduced its leadership team for the 2021-22 Club year during its annual “Pass the Gavel” ceremony at Ivy Hills Country Club on Wednesday, July 7.  Incoming Cincinnati Eastside President Michelle Hamilton (Park National Bank) received the honorary passing of the gavel from outgoing President Dan Otke (Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities) who will continue to serve in the official capacity of Immediate Past President.

Supporting Hamilton on the leadership team are Nan Stricker, president-elect; Tricia Mullins, vice president; Michelle Edwards, past president; Curt Tiettmeyer, treasurer; Jeannie Helsel, sergeant at arms, Andrea Patacca, secretary; and Phil Boyer and Chelsie Hornsby serving as directors at large.

Incoming Rotary International President Shekhar Mehta recently revealed the 2021-22 presidential theme, Serve to Change Lives, to incoming district governors during the Rotary International Assembly urging members to become more involved in service projects, saying that caring for and serving others is the best way to live because it changes not only other people’s lives, but also our own.
