While he may be better known as a gifted musician and one of the best original country performers in the area, Dan Varner is also the Founder of the Varner Foundation. The Varner Foundation helps connect resources and fill individual gaps to help reinforce families when they need it most.
Dan and the Varner Foundation also supports NEST (Nutrition, Education, Safety, Transformation) Community Learning Center (CLC) that was founded in March 2016 with the mission to address academic and non-academic barriers that perpetuate the cycle of generational poverty in suburban communities. NEST provides sound nutrition and targeted education in a safe neighborhood environment to transform the outcome of at-risk school-age children.
Varner is an award-winning musician, singer, songwriter and producer, but many know him best as a mainstay in the tristate music scene – the Dan Varner Band. Dan’s accomplishments include:
