Weekly Speaker / Eric Newsom, National Underground Freedom Center

Join us on May 3rd as we hear from Eric Newsom from the National Underground Freedom Center. Eric Newsom joined the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center team in May 2022. He leads the Freedom Center’s fundraising efforts and is a key leader in executing development initiatives. His customer-focused experience and mission-driven approach are valuable additions to the organizations leadership team. Previously, Eric spent 25 years in the retail sector, working in marketing, sales, operations and various leadership roles, including with Dillard’s and Saks Fifth Avenue.

• May 11^th –  Annual Club Fundraiser and 10^th Birthday Celebration / Anderson Center / 6-9pm (no meeting this week on the 10^th)
• May 24^th – Give Like a Mother Service Project in lieu of meeting. Noon to 2pm. New Eastgate location.
