Jeremy is the Principal Advisor and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with Winding Staircase. Originally founded in 2010 as a marketing strategy consulting firm, Winding Staircase has evolved into a Value Acceleration Advisory firm, with a focus on helping business owners prepare themselves and their businesses for the exit process.

Jeremy will share with us more information around  Charitable Planning – Integrated Tax, Estate, and Charitable Planning for Business Owners. 66% of Business owners are interested in charitable planning and charitable trust planning as part of their exit planning process. Business owning patrons need to understand their options, and MANY options require set-up prior to sale of their business.
